The Cancer insurance policy helps cover expenses when a covered individual is diagnosed with cancer. It pays you directly, unless you assign benefits, regardless of any other insurance you may have. In addition, Aflac will pay a First-Occurrence Benefit when a covered individual is first diagnosed as having internal cancer.
