Save on prescription drugs

AAA Colorado members can now use AAA Prescription Savings on prescription drug purchases. You save an average of 20 percent on prescriptions at more than 52,000 participating pharmacies nationwide, including most major chains such as Eckerd Drugs, Rite Aid and Walgreens, plus in-store pharmacies at Target, Costco, local supermarkets and more. There's also a mail order program with the same savings.

To start saving, visit a AAA office to pick up a brochure with a AAA Prescription Savings card, click on www.aaa.com/prescriptions and print your card from your computer, or call 1-866-AAA-SAVE to request a brochure. Write your membership number and club code on the AAA Prescription Savings card and present it to your pharmacist for immediate savings. There are no forms to fill out, no claim forms to submit, and no limit to your savings, which apply to brand and generic drugs. (AAA Prescription Savings is not a medical or prescription insurance plan, nor is it intended to replace any insurance plan.)

Park for less at DIApark.com

Offering AAA members a savings of 25 percent, DIApark.com is the newest Colorado Show Your Card & Save partner. And, for an introductory period from January through March 31, AAA members park free for the first day, then save 25 percent on remaining days. A one-time trip charge of $2.50 applies. Members save at Colorado Driving Institute

The Colorado Driving Institute—the state's most comprehensive driving school—is now offering AAA members 10-15 percent discounts on various courses through the Show Your Card & Save program.

The institute has programs ranging from local behind-the-wheel driving evaluations of elderly and senior operators, to statewide home school programs for teens. Colorado Driving Institute also conducts state testing for the driver license section of the Colorado Department of Revenue, qualifies teens for insurance discounts through state-certified drivers education programs, and offers AAA driver improvement programs to fleet operators and traffic violators. Hotel promotions for AAA members

AAA members who book reservations March 1-May 31 at any Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion or MainStay Suites brand hotel in the United States will be entered to win one million Choice Privileges rewards points. To enter, see a AAA Travel professional, call 800-228-1AAA or visit www.aaa.com. No limit to the times you can enter; membership in the Choice Privileges program is not required. Points can be redeemed for free hotel nights, airline miles/credits with participating airlines and/or gift certificates from national and local retailers, restaurants and entertainment providers.

Days Inn will award free 15-minute Verizon prepaid phone cards to members who stay Jan. 15-April 28 at a participating Days Inn hotel in the United States and Canada.
