Job Title: Customer Service Rep — Roadside Assistance
Location: 4100 E. Arkansas, Denver
Job Description: Take accurate, courteous and complete road service calls. Enter data in computer. Answer member questions regarding account information and other Club operations.
Job Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of the Denver city street system and Colorado towns & cities. Ability to speak clearly, courteously and to be easily understood over the telephone. 25WPM typing ability. Must be able to work any shifts including weekends and holidays.

Computer literate. Ability to do mathematical calculations with a high degree of accuracy. Meet or exceed production sales goals. Pass North American Destination specialist certification within 6 months of start date.
Job Title: Roadside Assistance Technician
Location: 4950 Oneida St., Commerce City
Job Description: Provide prompt and efficient Roadside Assistance to include services such as basic troubleshooting of disabled vehicles, jump starts, tire repair/changes, towing, battery sales and replacement, fuel delivery and lock bypass entry.
Job Qualification:
High school education or GED. Certificate of qualification in automotive repair (ASE or equivalent) or five (5) years of mechanical experience. Ability to read and interpret directions utilizing electronic and traditional maps.
Intense knowledge of Denver-area streets, highways and local landmarks. Must have a valid driver's license, excellent driving record, and no physical restrictions, which would prevent driving during day or night hours, or for extended periods of time. Must be capable of working under pressure, busy circumstances and surroundings and to react to instructions quickly & willingly. Must pass motor vehicle check, criminal background screening and drug testing requirements.
