Travel Reviews
In addition to the AAA Diamond ratings that members have trusted since 1939, for the first time www.aaa.com is encouraging members to comment on their hotel and travel experiences with a new "Write a Review" feature. Plus access our new "Read a Review" feature. This feature is new, so review entries are limited.
Accessing Write a review or Be the first to write a review links on the accommodations page, reviewers can submit comments and rate specific elements on a 10-point scale.
"Customer reviews play a large part in the online experience for travelers," says communications manager Lynette Dilbeck. "AAA's website now offers this option for those members who enjoy sharing travel information with others."
AAA will review submissions prior to publication and will not alter grammar, style, punctuation, spelling and wording. Vulgar, profane or spiteful reviews or those personally attacking individuals involved in the travel experience will not be published.
In order to investigate and respond to individual issues or concerns — travelers are encouraged to contact AAA directly, (separate from the review form) so we may pursue your concerns with the hotel.
AAA travel reviews were initiated in response to member interest and industry trends to complement AAA’s expert, unbiased travel data with traveler opinions. Cruise Reviews were launched in 2006; attraction, destination and restaurant reviews are scheduled to be added this fall.
