Red Light Awareness Campaign Media Alert
Representatives from AAA Hoosier Motor Club, the Marion
County Traffic Safety Partnership and the Indiana Criminal
Justice Institute will announce a Red Light Running Holiday
Awareness Campaign tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 20) during an 11
a.m. press conference at a south-side Indianapolis Jiffy
Lube service center (7965 U.S. 31 S.)
WHO?
– AAA Hoosier Motor Club (AAA H.M.C.), the Marion
County Traffic Safety Partnership (MCTSP) and the Indiana
Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI)
WHAT?
– Working with the support of area merchants that
include Jiffy Lube, Steak n Shake, Beck Toyota and the
Financial Center, AAA H.M.C., MCTSP and ICJI will announce a
Red Light Running Holiday Awareness Campaign to emphasize
the fact that there’s no excuse for taking additional risks,
such as disregarding traffic signals and roadway regulatory
signs, when behind the wheel of an automobile.
WHEN?
– Tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007) at 11 a.m.
WHERE?
– The parking lot of the Jiffy Lube service center
located at the intersection of Stop 11 and U.S. 31 S. (7965
U.S. 31 S.), very close to AAA Hoosier Motor Club’s
Greenwood/Southport office (1309 E. Stop 11 Rd.)
