Online Membership Agreement
AAA and AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky disclaims all representations and warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness, as well as warranties of title and non-infringement, with respect to the software, products, and services that are published on or available through this web site (collectively "information").
Member agrees that AAA and AAA Blue Ggrass/Kentucky will have no liability for any effects or damage that member's use of the information may have on member's operating environment, data, or business operations.
AAA and AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky makes no warranty or representation regarding the content, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information furnished hereunder or that such information will meet member's specific needs.
Member agrees that AAA and AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky's liability, if any, arising out of or relating to member's use of the information shall not exceed the amount of member's annual AAA and AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky membership fee. In no event shall AAA and AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from the use of the information, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
