Approved Auto Repair
AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities are contractually obligated to provide AAA members with consistent high-quality repairs at competitive prices before they can display our sign. That promise guarantees:
- A limited warranty by the facility of 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first.
- If requested by the AAA member before repair work begins, AAA approved facilities agree to return all replaced parts.
- Any additional work required to repair the car that exceeds the estimate by 10% or more will be performed only with the member's authorization.
- In the event of a dispute between the member and the facility, the facility must abide by all decisions as arbitrated by AAA.
- Shops must employ ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanics.
