- Dwelling Protection:
Covers the dwelling and structures attached to the dwelling, as well as materials and supplies for repair and construction of such structures if they are located on or next to the residence premises.
- Other Structures:
Other structures on the residence premises, separated from the dwelling by clear space. Other structures include but are not limited to:
- Barns
- Fences
- Detached Garages
- Gazebos
- Sheds
- Swimming pools that are exterior to the walls
- Personal Property:
Personal property owned or used by any insured customer (while it is anywhere in the world) is covered.
- Loss Of Use:
If a loss covered under the policy makes the residence premises uninhabitable, you will have coverage for any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living.
- Personal Liability:
When a claim is made or a suit is brought against any insured for damages because of bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence to which this coverage applies, even if the claim or suit is false, the company will:
- Pay up to their liability for the damages for which the insured is legally liable.
- Provide a defense at the companies expense by counsel of the companies choice, even if the suit is groundless, false or fraudulent.
- Medical Payments to Others:
Will pay the necessary medical expenses that are incurred or medically ascertained within three years from the date of an accident causing bodily injury.
This coverage does not apply to you or regular residents of your household except residence employees.
