The position will receive and processes member requests for Emergency Road Service utilizing a computer aided call processing system in our Downtown Knoxville call center. Performs geographical location spotting, map reading and detailed instructions to dispatchers. Navigates through various sources of information (internet and intranet applications and manuals) in order to effectively respond to member/customer requests and concerns in a timely manner.

Previous inbound call center experience preferred. Must have an excellent speaking voice, be able to type 20 WPM, have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Express, Internet use) a willingness to assist and an ability and desire to care for customers.
