the smallest possible number of selected and screened AAA East Tennessee
associates, and maintaining electronic, physical and procedural safeguards to
protect this information

Share that information only as allowed or required by law

selected and screened partners who themselves follow appropriate standards
of security and confidentiality and allow us to audit their use of the information

Information you give on applications or other forms when purchasing
memberships, travel, insurance and driver training services

Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, such as credit
bureaus, related to your credit worthiness

Information from public agencies, such as motor vehicle bureaus,
needed to issue insurance policies

Information collected when registering to use AAA East Tennessee's
web site, and

Information about your transactions with AAA East Tennessee and selected
third party partners who also maintain strict privacy standards

What is a third party partner?

AAA third party partners are companies such as lodgings, cruise and tour
companies, insurance companies, emergency road service contractors, and others
who meet our high quality standards and who have committed to respecting your
privacy as a AAA member.

Who do we share information with?

Third party partners as needed to complete transactions requested by AAA
East Tennessee members and clients, and to provide members and clients
special offers

Government agencies as required by law

Consumer reporting bureaus

Credit card companies as needed to process transactions

AAA East Tennessee reserves the right to modify its privacy policy as needed.
