Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is at Spáta, 17 miles east of Athens (Phone:01 353 0000). Three 24 hour express bus lines (connecting with the metro) serve the airport: No. 94 to Ethniki Amyna; No. 95 to Syntagma Square; No. 96 to Piréas. Tickets cost €2.90 and allow unlimited 24-hour travel on the metro, bus and trolley bus. The city also is easily accessible by taxi.
