Service stations are plentiful, except in some Outback areas, but trading hours vary. Most service stations accept international credit cards. If your hire car breaks down you should contact the rental company, which will arrange to send road service to your location and repair the vehicle. Alternatively, most service stations will be able to assist or, at least, direct you to the nearest repair centre. Check with your own motoring club regarding reciprocal facilities. |
