Petit Julien

South of Grand' Place on rue du Chène (reached via rue Charles-Buls and Stoofstraat) stands the famous Manneken-Pis, a bronze fountain statuette of a naked little boy happily urinating. Petit Julien, as he is properly called, dates from 1619 and has long been an irreverent and endearing symbol of “carefree” Brussels.
