This Gallic version of a made-in-USA theme park is based on the comic adventures of a friendly little Gaul named Astérix and his companions, who are determined to resist the Roman invaders. The story became famous world-wide through a series of more than 50 strip cartoons by Goscinny and Uderzo, which have since been translated into many languages.
Inside the park, visitors are invited to share Astérix's adventures as they wander through the Gauls' Village, the Roman City and Ancient Greece, travel on the impressive roller-coaster of the Great Lake and journey back and forth in time along the rue de Paris!
