Medical

Open Access Plus Plan

The Open Access Plus Plan allows you to receive services from any licensed provider, but provides a higher level of benefits from services you receive from network providers.

 

Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan provides coverage for associates who reside in an area without network providers. No matter where you live – we have you covered.


Part time associates are eligible for the above medical plans after six months of continuous service in which they have worked at least 40 hours per pay period.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Allows you set money aside to cover out-of-pocket healthcare costs for medical, dental, and vision expenses. Dollars set aside are tax-free – you pay no taxes when you contribute, or withdraw.

 

Dental

Preferred Provider Plan

The Preferred Provider Plan allows you to see any dentist you choose. A higher benefit is provided for in-network and Preferred Provider dentists. Part time associates are eligible after six months of continuous service in which they have worked at least 40 hours per pay period.

 

Incentive Plan

Participating associates are eligible for an annual incentive award of up to 4 weeks pay based on measurements covering financial, customer satisfaction and individual goals.

Thrift/Savings Plan

Associates may contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis to the 401(k) plan. AAA will match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% that you contribute. Associates are eligible immediately.

Retirement Savings Account (RSA)

AAA contributes a portion of your pay into a Retirement Savings Account each year. You are eligible after one year and fully vested after three years of service.
