FUN
AT THE BEACH
I don't know
what to tell you about it...Let's say that it was really great.
It was two years ago and my family and I desided to go to America,
California. It was so fun, you know, especialy because we visited
the Underwater world... It was very, very exciting.And those big
creatures, orkas, dolphins...I think I'll never forget this great
vacation in America!!!

FUN!!
I went to Walt
Disney World, and I had fun and there was a whole bunch of characters
like Mikey Mouse, Minne Mouse and Donald Duck.The thing that you
have to go see is Typhoon Lagoon which is really fun because there
is a lot of water. And I would suggust that you should pack a
lot of disposable cameras to capture the fun.

IN THE MOUNTAINS
Last summer, I went to a place called Lake Toxaway in the mountains. I went with my cousin, Anne. We had a great time! The most fun part of the trip was when we went water tubing. Then we went on a 5-mile hiking trip around a different lake near South Carolina. The hill that we had to climb up and go down was pretty steep! But when we got to the end of the hike, we came to a beautiful waterfall. We also went white water rafting. It was lots of fun, but our arms were tired afterwards from doing all of that rowing! The NSYNC special was on, so we watched it even though we had already seen the concert live in Greensboro at the Colliseum. It looked like pretty much the same concert, but we didn't mind watching it because we are both huge NSYNC fans! It was sad coming back, or at least we thought it would be! It turns out that there was a special surprise planned for us! We were going to Biltmore Estate. It reminded me of the movie "Richie Rich"! It should, because that's where that movie was filmed. Anyways, when we went we had an exciting time! It was sad when we had to go home, but that is how all great vacations end!
STATUE OF LIBERTY
My favorite vacation was last summer's vacation. My family and I did a lot of things together. We went to the Statue of Liberty. We had lots of fun going there especially because I got to visit the Statue of Liberty with my baby brother. We went all the way to the torch. We went on a boat! I looked at the birds flying. I felt the air and the water moving back and forth. I had an exciting vacation and so did my parents.
FUN AT THE BEACH
My favorite vacation was last year when I went to the beach. What I did at the beach was I played frizzbie and I dug a deep hole. The sand was clean but it was very hot. The water was cold and it looked clean. It was my favorite vacation because it was the best vaction in my life. It was was fun. When we went home I hoped someday I would go back to the beach.
HISTORICAL FUN AT PLYMOUTH
New England
This September we went to New England. I homeschool and will be studying American History so we went on a Fieldtrip-vacation. It was great!! We went to Sturbridge, Massachusetts first for two days and visited the old village there. It is a living museum with people dressed and working like people did in the 1830s. It is so beautiful there and we had a great room at the Sturbridge Lodge. We went to Plymouth, Massachusetts to see the Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower II and Plimoth Plantation. We even went to a Wax Museum there that was awesome!!!! The people at Plimoth Plantation and on the Mayflower were dressed to be like people in the 1620s. It was interesting because they weren't all pilgrams on the Mayflower. There was even and early Indian village there and all the people were acting like charactors from that time and wouldn't talk to you like today's people. We stayed at a great motor lodge (AAA rated) on Cape Code and it was soooo clean and sooo nice. We swam in the heated pool and played tennis. Mom and Dad loved it there. Then we went to Mystic Seaport and visited the Aquarium and saw a baluga whale and a dolphin show. Mom said the photos I took of our trip were spectacular!! I'm studying Photography this year too. We had a fun time and the seafood in New England is the best.
SCIENCE IS FUN
We recently took our kids to San Francisco. We used our membership for the Washington Zoo and OMSI to get into the San Francisco Zoo and the California Academy of Science and the Exploraturium for free.
ALASKAN CRUISE FUN
I went on a Princess Cruise/tour to Alaska with my grandparents last summer. The best vacation ever! Met a lot of other kids on the ship my age. Princess has a great childrens program. The sights in Alaska were out of this world!...The best!!!!!!!
CARRIBEAN PRIZE
My best vacation was two years ago, when I went on a cruise.
My parents won the cruise to the Carribean. The cruise lasteda total of seven days and we visited three different islands and ate at there restaurants.
After the cruise was finished we stayed in Disney World foor three days. While we were there we visited Sea World and other theme parks.
FOSSIL FUN!!
I went out West with my mom. We went to
Dinosaur National Monument and saw a big wall
covered in dinosaur bones.
Then we went to the Grand Canyon. Not
too exciting for a six-year-old. It hailed.
Petrified Forest was fun. It had lots of stone
trees.
NEW YORK HERE WE COME!
My best vacation was going to
Pennsylvania with my family.My mom let
me and my sister both take a friend,
and that made it really fun!!!We stayed
in a hotel that had a waterpark, horseback
riding,white water rafting, and alot more!!
We also went to the Atlantic Ocean one
day to swim. Since we were right next to
New York my mom let us do our school
clothes shopping there.It wasn't an
expensive vacation,but I remember that
it was the best vacation ever!!!
FULL OF FUN VACATION
Last year my mom took my brother and I to Washington D.C, Baltimore, Maryland and Ocean City Maryland. It was great to do so many things in one vacation. We really enjoyed the African Art museum in D.C. and the science center in Baltimore. Baltimore has the best restaurants of any of the places that we've been to. The best part of our vacation was the beach at Ocean City. We had sand in our car, in our hair, and in our clothes for days. My mom hated the mess but, she said it was worth it. I kind of felt bad that she had to do all the driving herself. But, she always says that she doesn't mind driving the highways as long as she has AAA. This year we're going to Virginia Beach.
AMUSEMENT FUN
My favorite vacation was when I went to Washington D.C. and then up to Niagara Falls and then to Ceder Pointe in Sandusky OH. That is the best amuesment park my family and I have ever been to and we have been to about 6 parks too.
CAR TRIP TO FLORIDA
Going to Florida in the car was the best. We saw not only Florida and Mickey Mouse, but we went through other states and stayed in Charlotte. It was the best time I ever had and I got to meet my cousins in Florida because they live there.
FISHY'S IN MISSOURI
Well the last place I went was Missouri. I have alot of fun fishing every year I go there. If you go, I would bring things that aren't very warm (only if you go during the summer). If you go in the winter, then bring the opposite.
FAMILY ON A HILL
I've just come to Canada from India. My best vacation so far was in May last year when we went to Matheran, a hill station. We stayed in a cottage. There was lots of good food. We went horse riding, swimming and walked to a lot of beautiful points. We went with my whole family.
LAS VEGAS
We went to Las Vegas and we went to the Splash Water Park and to the ranch and to Hoover Dam it was great we also went to the M&M factory and Circus Circus.
