DescriptionEast Aurora is home to Roycroft Campus, an art community founded in 1895 by Elbert Hubbard, a former salesman and marketing genius turned artist, writer, publisher and craftsman. Hubbard, a leader in the American Arts and Crafts movement, went on to design a simple, straight-line style of furniture that remains popular.
