Gagetown's Loomcrofters demonstrate weaving in a former fur-trading post, one of the oldest buildings on the Saint John River. Built in 1761, it is known as the Blockhouse because rifles and ammunition were stored in its cellar. The Loomcrofters produce tartans, draperies and upholstery materials.
