DescriptionThe northern Michigan village of Interlochen is headquarters for the Interlochen Center for the Arts, which includes Interlochen Arts Camp, Interlochen Arts Academy, Interlochen College of Creative Arts and Interlochen Public Radio. Founded in 1928, the camp enrolls students in music, art, dance and drama for 8 weeks each summer. During the winter students participate in academics, fine arts and motion picture classes at the academy.
