Two of Frank Lloyd Wright's first Prairie-style houses can be seen in the area, including the B. Harley Bradley House, 701 S. Kankakee River State Park provides outdoor recreational opportunities. Between Kankakee and Wilmington, SR 113N and SR 102 are scenic drives that pass Rock Creek Falls and Rock Creek Canyon.
