DescriptionSome 56 kilometres (35 mi.) south of Detroit, Kingsville is a port city rich with Victorian heritage. Situated on Lake Erie, it is one of the southernmost towns in Ontario. Pelee Island and Sandusky, Ohio, are connected to Kingsville by ferry.
The city lies directly in the migration path of Canada geese. Recreational activities include bicycling, boating, golfing, hiking, swimming and bird- and butterfly-watching.
