In 1910, Col. Marion Savage capitalized on the success he had created with racehorse Dan Patch and had the Dan Patch Railroad Line built to service Antler's Amusement Park. A century later, Antlers Park, 9740 201st St. W. on the eastern shore of Lake Marion, is still a popular local spot to picnic and enjoy outdoor activities.
