The Capitol (El Capitolio)

The Capitol (El Capitolio) is on Ave. Ponce de León. Built of Georgia marble in the Renaissance style, the building is flanked by the commonwealth's legislative offices. The rotunda features an illuminated coat of arms; a pamphlet available on the second floor explains the symbolism of the rotunda's mosaics.
