Historic. A visit to this restaurant is a must while in Anchorage. Perched high on the 20th floor of The Hotel Captain Cook, the dining room affords one of the best panoramic views of mountains and Cook Inlet, especially on long summer days. The menu features dishes such as rabbit saddle with garlic kale and scallops with celeriac potage as well as a certified Angus espresso-crusted steak with a bordelaise sauce. The refined atmosphere features lots of wood accent walls. The last seating is at 8:30 p.m.
