Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, Seward Hwy. Milepost 79, is a 200-acre, drive-through wildlife refuge. Musk oxen, red foxes, lynx, wood bison, Sitka black-tailed deer, caribous, eagles, moose, reindeer, elk and bears may be seen on the 1.5-mile loop. A self-guiding walking tour, Behind the Scene guided tour and moose encounter also are available.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
