Pros: Welcoming staff, in all different areas of the hotel
Cons: We found lint and hair caught up in the sheets and towels, not sure if it was the laundry equipment itself or overloading while drying.

Traveling as Couple

Pros: It was clean and the staff were all great. The location was a bit off our path, but it served us well. General Manager engaged us at breakfast and was very accommodating.
Cons: The breakfast was OK but the scrambled eggs left much to be desired.

Very Poor
11-17-2017
Pros: The details state a hot breakfast for all guests, however once we arrived they gave us vouchers for 2 people although I'd booked a room that accommodated 6, the woman at the front desk very rudely informed me I could buy additional vouchers for $4.99
Cons: Every encounter with staff was rude, short and unpleasant as though we were wasting their time. We were on the ground floor and the curtain left a 21/2" gap for anyone to look in, we had to get a chair to hold it and the carpet was torn up

Pros: The staff were very helpful and nice. The location was great. The suites were spacious. Also the evening dinner/ snacks and drinks was unlike any other hotel. It put the togetherness in together; in a good way.
Cons: Nothing I didn't really like. The upholstery on the furniture was worn; and the decor a little old fashioned.
