Pros: We felt reasonably safe at this location. All kinds of restaurants near-by and a Wal-mart. We liked being close to our meeting destination and the housekeeper's promptness of getting a couple more washcloths. I liked the smile of rep at check-in (Denisha, I think)
Cons: Walked into Libby and noticed a smell right away. I didn't like that Denisha took a call after I started my check-in. Instead of tending to person in front of her, she took a call from a lady who needed to change a reservation. Also, the sink in our room was NASTY!! We were exhausted when we arrived so I didn't give the room a once-over before settling in. When we walked in. The room smelled clean but that was not a good indicator. The next morning I saw CRUSTY, clear-looking goodness knows what! Sink obviously hadn't been wiped down. Felt dirty to the touch. At check-out the rep came to counter still chewing her breakfast. Felt that was not professional. She asked about my stay, told her about the sink. She seemed very surprised that room 319 was not up to standard. I didnt expect perfection but thought with the hotel brand I would get a cut above what we had. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
