AAA Inspector Notes
Historic. Antiques abound in this converted 1890s dry goods building. Cajun and seafood specialties are found here, alongside beef, pork and fowl. Metal ceilings, hardwood floors and old-time pictures help guests step back in time more than 100 years. Casual dining on the first floor with a more formal setting on the second. Expect a wait, which is worth it, especially for the stuffed mushroom caps, an item well worth their mention on the list of Alabama's Top 100 Foods To Eat Before You Die.
