Don't stay here. The staff is not helpful and the rooms are just plain awful. The only redeeming quality is that it seems as if new showers might have been installed within the last 5 years. Other than that this place is a dump. I've stayed in my share of dumps, but none with this poor level of customer service.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The staff, cleanliness, decor, condition of the rooms, comfort of the beds.

Overall, clean for a cheap hotel. Bed was comfy and suited our needs. Not recommended for a romantic getaway, but more for a budget conscious stay.
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Staff didn't speak English well.

Pros: The good: TV had a lot of stations and free movie channels, and the refrigerator was cold. AC was excellent and not musty. Shower was pretty good. Locals seemed friendly. We found an excellent diner nearby called the Blue Plate.
Cons: I seriously have NO idea where those room pics were taken. Certainly not in the room we stayed in. Our reservation was for a queen size. The place was full, and we were tired. So we didn't complain about getting a double bed instead . But.... This was the worst bed I have ever slept in in a motel in my life. No exaggeration. When I laid in it, I sagged into a U shape. I rolled on my side, and the springs dug into my hip bones. And, no , I'm not 400 lbs. The whole purpose of a hotel is to get a good night's sleep. and that didn't happen here. I maybe got 4 hrs sleep after piling everything on the bed to pad it. Carpet was a 1970's light and dark brown squares pattern, not the purple in those pics, and it was dirty and sticky . As for the breakfast, a coffee liquid creamer was chunky, and the Activia yogurt was past it's expiration date., I have heard you don't get the best rooms if you don't book through them directly, but seriously, those pictures look NOTHING like room 209 that we stayed in. Unfortunately, this wasn't our only subpar experience at a Super 8, and will probably avoid them in the future.
