From near and far, people line up to get into this restaurant, which features catfish, chicken, shrimp and steak. The fresh-baked cornbread, still warm in its own mini iron skillet, is a real treat. Also worth a try are the unusual fried dill pickles. The décor is simple, with booth seating and windows along one wall that afford a river view. Service is casual and friendly, yet knowledgeable.
