I've stayed here twice now, and both times, I was greeted by very friendly staff members. takes care of breakfast downstairs, and she is just the nicest person. The pool is an outdoor pool, but it's great for a nice swim after traveling long hours. I loved that the TVs were running DirecTV, and that the Wi-Fi was quite speedy, especially compared to other others in the same class as this one. I've started here twice while on the way to and from New Orleans, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else heading through the area needing place to stay.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable the room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly helpful and hotel employee in the breakfast room was particularly helpful and helped us with our breakfast she did a great job

Bette is great!
Pros: Bette (front desk attendant) was fantastic!!!!! She went the extra mike to make sure my reservation was correct, she provided us with great supper recommendations, and she made sure we had plenty of in-room coffee for after supper!!! Cons: The breakfast was minimal, there was cold coffee/water at 5pm, when I asked about hot coffee, desk attendant said she would make more at 6pm, she did call my room at 5:50pm, to tell me she had fresh hot coffee/hot water. The room had too much outside lighting coming into the room. We were in a front room, and the flood light was directed right at our window..they need better darkening panels!

Pros: We were very pleased. The condition of the room was "like new" and the staff were professional and friendly. It smelled wonderful (a big criteria for me!) and the bed was fluffy and felt "new" ... I felt safe when going to vending and for ice. Hubby loved the big TV in the room and the big breakfast.
Cons: Nothing! We liked everything about it, and we have stayed in resort properties and even high end properties for our work.
