Pros: I loved the service from beginning to end, the pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing. My fiance made good use of the workout facility and the food was delicious.
Cons: The breakfast was great, but maybe a complimentary breakfast for guests who stay more than a couple days. paying for breakfast at 11.00 per person gets expensive when you stay for a week.

I love the hotel and...
Pros: The property was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. The king suit was very big and spacious, i highly recommended anyone who stays there to book a king suit youll love it because i know i did.
Cons: Housekeepers were kinda rude and didnt replace the towels they had taken out of the room.

Cons: We didn't get a chance to partake in breakfast, however, the facility was going through a remodeling phase which we were unaware of until we arrived. Hot tub didn't have much of a spa feel, the jet were almost non existing. The parking lot on the side of the building and back of the building was full of what seemed to be headboards.

Cons: Although I think the staff in the kitchen had excellent service for guests, and I was happy to tip them. You pretty, much pay for a breakfast that you get free at Hampton Inn. However, because the staff was excellent, we did eat there once.

Cons: Back door security lock was broken. I informed the staff. Worked for several hours. Then stopped working again. Had to go to another entrance.

Cons: I booked a non smoking room with a king bed but was told there were no king beds available when we checked in. If you are not able to provide what I booked I feel like we should have been offered a discount or a discount on a future stay. I probably would have booked at another hotel if I had been made aware that a king room was unavailable.

Cons: No breakfast included!! Any room costing over $130.00 per night, breakfast should be included.Hot tub wasn't working the whole weekend...Honors member, asked for King bed room overlooking parking lot in rear, put me in a double bed looking over front lot. After 2 hour wait, then moved me to the opposite corner from where I asked to be. Not very accommodating. Road in front of Inn is divided, so no way to turn into parking lot unless you are approaching from the East.Bar was a joke...went to the little snack room to get soft drink for a mixed drink, and then didn't have change for a $20.00.......

Pros: The location for me was convenient for my work. The staff and facilities were Hilton standards. The room was comfortable.
Cons: The free Wi-fi was an issue. I could connect to the wi-fi though it was very weak signal and messages could not be sent or received.
