The hotel itself was lovely, however, the morning breakfast service area was very congested throughout breakfast - it seems either the flow of that area is really poor, or it really is too small a space for the number of guests it expects to serve. The outdoor pool and patio were great features. My kids loved the basket ball court. I made note to the front desk staff however that the holes in the netting around the court and position of the hoop in front of a guest patio was poorly arranged, and quite unsafe for guests. The hotel was in great location close to restaurants, shopping and the main highway.
Pros: The manager of the hotel was excellent and provided great assistance in adjusting our dates for check in (we had booked online and had incorrectly entered the wrong date). Being from the same area back home, my husband and manager had great conversation.
Cons: The longer term occupant below us made complaints about noise within 5 min of us entering our unit, and apparently had made similar complaints about previous occupants. I was extremely upset on how the front desk male staff responded, and threatened me.

Wonderful

Pros: The floor plan of the suite with its kitchenette. Nice looks overall of the lobby
Cons: Those beds are too darn small to be queens. I am 6'2" and my feet were at the very edge. My wife is about 5'8" and we competed for space all night
