Cons: Asked for assistance with WiFi, nothing happened. Room key wouldn't open the side door, complained, nothing changed. Sunday the room wasn't cleaned and we requested face towels and got bath towels. Clean glasses and cups were never put in the room. Not a happy customer.

Pros: Hotel was clean, close to major street and highway, staff was nice.
Cons: Hotel wasn't as nice as you'd expect a Marriott to be, looked like a converted Days or LaQuinta Inn.
Pros: It provided a relaxing atmosphere before a meeting the next day.
Cons: The room was a little tight, but it was fine.
Pros: Check in process was easy. The breakfast bar was good. The check in person was really nice even though she was not feeling well.
Cons: The mattress on the bed was not of a good quality. The sofa had a hugh hole in it, the shower curtain and tub were not clean and the balcony furniture was very dirty. I was disappointed with the facility.

Shelly (manager) promised an extra portion of bath items, did not come through. She promised breakfast buffet and did not mark it. The morning manager corrected this.
Property did not stand out as easily identified from major road.

Pros: We needed a clean safe stop over on our journey for the family. This hotel fit the bill.

Cons: Noisy a/c inroom kept us awake; room not cleaned prompt;y; otherarea hotels offer minimal free breakfasts; Marriot has only $11 perperson preakfasts, not worth the money. Does provide free coffee andpapers. I'd say poor value for the price. Unable to sleep due toloud a/c fan. Staff responsive but no solution pssobl;E. Also:governor on thermostat makes it impossible to cool room below 73degrees. In Alabama climate, no point or help in opening the windows.

Pros: Great location just off of the freeway but still a quiet night's sleep. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean comfortable room with WiFi.

Cons: No bar in bath tub to facilitate getting out. Was scared when I fell. Slippery tub with nothing to hold on to. Funny as the toilet was the handicapped height.

Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe, nice staff....that's all I ask for. I felt it was well worth the $.
Cons: The breakfast bar appeared to be geared for early risers...not lazy weekenders. We got there an hour before it closed but really felt like they were already closing it down...not even enough coffee for a 2nd cup. Lesson: I'll get there sooner next time ;-)

I must say the manager on duty was very very nice, she did all she could to rectify the situation. The Manager obviously knows about customer service.
Cons: I didn't like the first room I was put in next to the ice machine but that was rectified. My husband & I had the most horrible time at breakfast when the cook would not make my husband a bowl of grits. She was going on about how she wasn't making any grits to throw away then he wanted a little more but she started breaking down then had the audacity to let him know he can have more because it was going to be thrown away so he can get all he wanted. Now I thought that was so disrespectful to us. She more concerned about the staff getting breakfast than us who had to pay for it.
