Cons: My only complaint is the breakfast didn't start until 7am and we had to hit the road early. Buffet should open at 6am. There were many down there at 6:30 like me wishing the buffet was open.

Pros: Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast and evening receptions very good. I usually stay at a 3.5 hotel but tried this one because I had heard such good things. It exceeded my expectations by far. I have already booked another stay.
Cons: No. I could not think of one thing I would change.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, rooms are well kept and the staff beside this one guy over the weekend was wonderful.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I booked in advance for a King Deluxe and arrive and the guy at the front desk gave me a queen double bed. I DID NOT want a queen bed or else I would have booked that room. He said at least I got you a room. Really!

Pros: It allowed pets. Most hotels that I have been in are not that nice AND allow pets. Also, the staff was VERY friendly.
Cons: I called ahead to check in early, which I was given the okay, but upon arrival they said that the room may not be ready. I did get the room, but I was kind of upset that they told me it may not be ready when on the phone they said it would be.

Pros: The striking cleanliness of the lobby that carried on to the room. I can't recall any other stay that had such an immediate impression.
Cons: The breakfast area's layout could have used a clearer path and approach by separating the cold items from the hot items and allotting more area for access to the serving line. The U shaped layout was forcing a great many people into a very tight area.

Cons: When I woke up Saturday morning and looked out my window I saw someone steal a laptop from a car and then get into his car and drive off. I would be very cautious about parking and make sure you don't leave anything in your car.

Cons: There were two bus loads of children that came in when we were here. They were very rude and running around everywhere unsupervised. We are military on pcs orders coming from Hawaii. We drove 8 days and needed to relax but we're unable to.

Cons: Got in for dinner at 6:55. Woman in food area was hateful and just snatched things up before i could get any. I know it closes at 7 but she could have let me fix a quick plate!

Pros: I love all the little "extras" that are included with your stay.... Kickback food and drinks, popcorn and sodas, free long distance, free wifi and free (full service) breakfast. I really had no need to leave the property for anything. That's one of the reasons I always stay at the Drury Inn when I need to go to Montgomery for business.
