Pros:
Cons: Front desk manager was very rude .. I booked king room in club floor and I got VERY DIRTY TWO QUEEN BEDS .. honestly you cannot even sit on the bed black spot everywhere on the bed sheet. I called the front desk they said we cannot provide a house keeping now to change the bed sheet plus we don't have any available room.I don't know how come you let someone to check in a room with that condition the manager ignore me and start talking to his staff and other customer while I was with him on the phone. Not mention the fault fair alarm went off at 5am in the morning.. no one apologise about it and pretend nothing happened. Parking in $12 a day and there is no specific park for the hotel guest even you are paying. Will never go back again over priced and horrible horrible service

Pros: Location was great, lots of restaurant & bar options close.
Cons: I don't understand why addition fees for parking or "resort fees" are disclosed prior to making reservations.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to downtown and the Riverwalk. My daughter and I stayed for two nights and the hotel itself was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable, the desk area to work at was nice.
Cons: My biggest concern was that the hotel was a bit noisy. I could hear every conversation in the room next to mine. I could plainly hear room service knocking on doors and announcing themselves to several rooms around 12:30 a.m.
