Pros: The front door would not close without force. Ironing board was broken though the iron itself worked fine. The beds are not very comfortable and made for a sleepless night and sore muscles/aching bones. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan; and the a/c was an older model that made it difficult to keep the room decent. There was a fridge, which worked just fine, and a microwave I didn't have a chance to use. We travel with our own pillows so I don't know how the provided pillows were but they were smaller than I usually get in hotels. The lobby looks recently updated and is very inviting. Breakfast was standard hotel fare (not great if following any specialty diets). Outside doors can be accessed by anyone - no keycard security.
