The menu does change to ensure the ingredients are seasonally fresh: Some creative delights may be the red-eye gravy shrimp and grits, gulf crab claws marinated in orange honey, and roasted quail with hints of crayfish. Returning patrons hope that the lemon buttermilk pie is on the menu.
