Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Good option if you have your own car
Cons: The hotel is outside town so if you do any day trips you need to use the hotel shuttle. I waited almost an hour to be picked up from downtown on one occasion and also to be collected from the airport when I arrived.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping worked around my schedule. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: A little mold in the shower. I have got used to hotels providing lotion, so I didn't pack any, but none was provided. Heating was a little hard to set and manage.

Pros:
Cons: we spent 10 days in alaska and returned several times to this hotel. the first night we did not get the room we book, so upon our return they prepared a basked of goodies, a bunch of flowers and a nice letter. however they put someone else into this room and when we entered the belongings of the couple were there. it was swiftly sorted out.

Pros: Very clean, separate shower and toilet rooms, great comfy beds. Wonderful trail - gravel path around a lake just outside the hotel, great for walking or with stroller. It's very quiet outside the hotel. Outside entrance is locked at night (open with door key), making it feel much safer.
Cons: Really chintzy on the shower supplies for 3 adults and 2 kids. We should have asked for more, but for this price we shouldn't have to ask. The pool and spa room was closed "indefinitely", and they were part of the reason I stayed here, since it's much farther from the airport than others. Overall though really quality hotel.
