Pros: Staff was friendly and the room was clean! Close to everything and the meals downstairs were very good.
Cons: The room was a little stuffy, even with the fan going
Pros: The view from our room was great. Close to downtown shops.
Cons: We arrived at 2:30 and asked if we could check in. The woman at the desk said our room wasn't ready. We waited for over an hour in the lobby for our room to be ready. High price hotel not worth the money.
Pros: A very comfy bed
Nice cosy lounge with a fireplace
Washing machines and dryers
Cons: The price!

Pros: Wait staff in restaurant
Cons: it was not at all worth or valued as a "resort"
shuttle service too limited
restaurant access limited or restricted
Pros: Staff were accommodating and helpful
Cons: Some road noise, early breakfast buffet was limited
Cons: Surprised to have 2 beds with full size mattresses on twin bed frames. Had to be careful how I sat on the bed.
Cons: The room was poor value for the price charged but all other aspects were good.
Cons: The room doubled as a storage room for a treadmill. There were no screens on the windows at ground floor level. we asked for a room with a view and got one of the Subway shop. The room rate was $287.00. No recourse for this. NEVER AGAIN. No coffee, no breakfast. No fun.
Cons: The airport shuttle was not on time, twenty minutes late.
