Pros: Ideal location on a side street away from the tourist traffic on main street yet only a short walk to get to restaurants and other activities. The Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Room service was excellent and the room very well maintained. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and eager to please. The manager of the hotel even arranged to have a small refrigerator brought up to our room after finding out we had some items requiring refrigeration. Underground parking (daily fee) was a plus as parking on the street was a hit and miss affair plus the closest parking lot was closed on Wednesday to accommodate a farmers market. (If your stay allows, be sure to check it out.)
Cons: The breakfast offerings were minimal at best. No hot items,.i.e. one of those "flip it over", waffle makers would have been nice or even the ability to make a bowl of instant hot oatmeal. Cold cereals, fresh fruit and boiled eggs plus the standard continental bakery items. A shame really as this affected the overall value of the hotel considering the price level and the location advantages. The hotel is built around an outdoorsy design theme including the decor in the rooms. Unfortunately, as a result, the chairs in the room were designed with log parts making them very uncomfortable for any lengthy sitting. Bottom line, it's a good hotel due to location and the parking advantages, but it needs a bit more focus on improving the amenities offered to better justify it's cost / value benefit versus other property options.

Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean and our rooms were large and roomy. Staff very helpful
Cons: The breakfast room was too small we had to stand and wait for 20mins for a table to finish before we could be seated.

Pros: The staff was was friendly and helpful about any of our questions regarding the area. The underground parking was very convenient and secure. Nicely decorated building and location.
Cons: The continental breakfast was very disappointing and with minimal effort could certainly be improved. It was a maze of hallways to finally find the basement breakfast room. For this reason I'm sure we could find a comparable hotel offering a appealing breakfast.

Pros: Location
Cons: Most of the stuff. Sheets had yellow stains, no breaky for celiac people. Rather expensive for very moderate hotel.
