AAA Inspector Notes
It may look more like a motel from the outside, but the comfortable, upscale guest rooms are a nice surprise. They all have bathrobes and many have in-floor heating at the foyer and in the bathroom. Rooms range from standard rooms and loft units to two-bedroom efficiencies with two entrances (perfect for couples and families seeking privacy). Smoke free premises. 57 units, some efficiencies. 2-3 stories, exterior corridors.

Pros:
Cons: The wifi kept playing up (which isn't ideal if you are trying to work) and some of the residents were loud, waking me up at 3am.

Pros: It was by Birthday and I'm 34 weeks pregnant. I requested a room close to the pool since you walk outside to get to it and I don't need to hike at this point in my pregnancy. The offered a room on their first floor which is actually the 2nd flooor because its all above the parking. We were right across from a door that brought us into the pool area and down a spiral staircase. Super convenient and very much appreciated. In our room there was a birthday card for me and some chocolates as well. That was sweet!!
Cons: On our check out day April 17, 2017, we decided to go for a swim before leaving. The pool there was my sons favourite part of our trip! I asked for a later check out and was offered 12 o'clock instead of 11 o'clock and we took it. I would've preferred a little bit more time, but it didn't seem like past 12 could happen. I was a little confused since the hotel seems very empty as it was the day after Easter. We went upstairs, got ready to go swimming & walked outside to the doorway we had been using for the past four days, and we were locked out!! We found a much longer other way down to the pool and I let the girl at the front desk know we were locked out. She told me that during this time of year, when it's cold, the lock gets frozen and so they just keep it locked. I was a bit confused since it's April and it was 8° on that day!!! I let her know that it had been open the past four days for us to be able to get down to the pool area conveniently. She told me that shouldn't have been unlocked and thank you for letting her know! I was a bit disappointed that she didn't seem to think the fact that it would be convenient for us meant more than having the door locked. I am extremely pregnant 34 weeks giant belly! Other than being put off by the girl at the front desk on that morning we had a fabulous time at the hotel and liked everyone else we came across.

Pros: The room was great I liked the kitchenette and having the separate entrance from the outside.
Cons: Was a bit noisy at night when other guests came back to their rooms, we could hear very clearly the people in the next room. The pool was very cold.
