AAA Inspector Notes
On a wooded hillside with scenic mountain views, there is a mix of units in the main building and in chalets. The decor is modest. A multi-level jungle gym and a waterslide park will please the kids. Several life-size wood animal carvings are scattered throughout the grounds. Smoke free premises. 130 units, some cottages and condominiums. 2-3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Pros: Great location close to family living in Banff.
Cons: We know that there are fireplaces in each unit but there must be a better way to reduce the smell from these fireplaces - the smell lingers in the rooms unless you open a window. Over flow parking is at a premium! We had four people using our condo with three vehicles -so finding extra parking is hard. Our other family member was staying in another condo. We came back from an evening in Banff and there was fresh blood stains in the bedding. We notified the front desk and there was a reduction in the room rate which we appreciated.
