Pros: The location is superb, they have the monopole for the area, so you pay only for this advantage and for the name, don't expect anythin else.
Cons: The matresse of the bed was very old, and for a cost of 700 $ per night, you expect much more. Poor WiFi. Crouded sweming pool, no breakfast included, it's a big disapoitment for a well known hotel.

Pros:
Cons: I booked a stanley Thompson room with two queen beds and what they give me is a weird small room far from stanley Thompson. After negotiation they gave me a better room in Conference Hall room 1963. We were waken up by loud noise 6am on 22nd August. The power was out and the buzzing noise caused by temperary electricity generator was right above my bathroom ceiling. The noice was sooo loud and scared my four year old. The security guy came over to check and told me there is nothing he could do because Engineering team starts at 8 in the morning. The royal room service people were even worse, they promised me to switch room for me but later told me there is no spare room. I will never come back to this hotel again. With 800 dollars I deserve much better than these.

Pros: The staff was outstanding. Our room on the 8th floor had a wonderful view of the river, the waterfall, the golf course and the mountains.
Cons: Our room was very small. Costs for everything (room, meals, golf, parking) were high. Our principal disappointment with this stay was not with the hotel, but our service experience with booking.com, because we did not get the bed size that we had requested and had been told we would receive.
