I need to make some friends in Banff, so I can try more of this talented chefs’ delicious food when I’m in town. The small plates are the best deal!
AAA Inspector Notes
Up the curving staircase to the second floor is a warm and inviting room where fine service and exceptional food await. From a gleaming copper-accented, semi-open kitchen, the chef puts out a distinctive menu that leans heavily toward local products. Geared toward sharing, it's challenging and creative with fabulous ingredients. Irresistible choices include nibbles like smoked oysters and charcuterie, small plates such as elk tartare or tender octopus and larger plates like bison short rib.
