Brooks and District Museum is .4 km (.2 mi.) w. of Trans-Canada Hwy. at 568 Southerland Dr. E. Exhibits about early ranchers, homesteaders, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, railroading and irrigation trace local history from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Seventeen buildings, including a log cabin, a schoolhouse and a church, are on the grounds.
Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
