The Hangar Flight Museum is at 4629 McCall Way N.E. In a former Royal Air Force drill hall, the museum contains exhibits about western Canada's aviation history. Twenty-seven aircraft are displayed, including an F86 Sabre jet, a Bell 47G helicopter and one of the few remaining World War II Avro Lancasters. Also featured are piston and jet aircraft engines, aviation artwork and a Martin Baker ejection seat.
$12; $8 (ages 65+ and students 12-17 with ID); $6 (ages 6-11); $32 (family, two adults and up to four children ages 0-17).
