St. Patrick's Island Park

St. Patrick's Island Park, 1300 Zoo Rd. N.E., is on an island in the Bow River; cyclist and pedestrian access is available via the George C. King Bridge (connects to the Bow River Pathway and the East Village RiverWalk) and vehicle access is from Memorial Dr. The revitalized urban park features hiking and biking trails, boardwalks through wooded areas and wetlands, a large children's play area and a lowland river channel with seasonal wading areas and a pebble beach. You'll find fantastic views of the city from the Rise, a grassy knoll near the center of the park.

Recreational activities are permitted. Picnicking is permitted.
