Pros: The fridge and microwave in room
Cons: That my 3 year old son slipped on the tile in the pool area. Even before we could get in and no he wasn't running. We had to go to the hospital so our stay was un enjoyable. And I feel that I got ripped off for how much money I had to pay.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great - lots of choices. Also very convenient to get to Spruce Meadows!
Cons: The room was a bit small and we had to call for extra towels, as there were four of us and only three towels. Not a big problem, though.

Pros: the staff their nice and accomodating, the room rate or value it's more afforadable especially they have a swimming pool and mini fitness gym
Cons: me and my common-law experienced bitten by bed bugs and until now i'm still in medication and still on my left arm, there still some bump, redness and itchiness on my skin, it's really frustrating, good that my children slept on the other bed on that room didn't have any bite from that bed bugs....

Pros: Close to one of only two shopping malls in the whole of calgary!
Cons: Pretty miserable. Lack of investment in upkeep maintenance and renovation. I am handicapped and did receive the most suitable parking but was not informed that breakfast was 3 floors up and no elevator. of course' as in all Canada no shower.

Pros: Bed very comfy.
Cons: It had been a very warm day. After going to our room we turned down the thermostat and opened the windows. The room did not cool down as heat was pouring out of vents below the window. Spoke to reception, told to open the windows. Explained about the heating, told to use the fan. Pointed out that all this would do would be to circulate warm air, it would not cool the room. Told that maintenance man would be contacted. About 8.30pm found that heat had stopped coming from vents. Went back to reception and said thank you. The grouting in wall tiles around the taps of the bath was dirty in several places. The bottom12" of the shower curtain was extremely soiled, stuck together when we tied to pull it around the bath in order to have a shore. On a road trip from the uk and returning for one night on 30 Setember. Hope I can report more positively after our nex visit.
