Pros: The room was nice, bed was very comfortable. Loved the ice water available at hotel entrance.
Cons: The food was disappointing. First I had to fight for 4 breakfast tickets. When I booked, I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but only received 2 breakfast tickets. But, when I asked for more she said I didn't book properly etc etc. Then we were under the impression that it was a breakfast buffet. So we ordered off the menu, which of course takes longer than a buffet. When the breakfast sandwiches came, the English muffins tasted like they were just about to go moldy. The wrap and the omlette were good though. Friday night we went to the lounge for a few drinks, which were good. We ordered a burger and chicken strips for the teens. The burger did not come plain as ordered, but fully loaded. The chicken strips were chicken breasts cut into strips and fried on the grill, no breaded and deep fried as expected.
